Is woodchip good for my garden?
Woodchip is a versatile product ideal both for mulching and weed suppression in the garden. When applied at 4-5 inches thick, the woodchip keeps weeds away and adds essential nutrients to the soil.
It can also be used on footpaths and children’s play areas as an alternative floor material. Some stables use white woodchip for horse beds.
Is woodchip a good way to recycle?
For commercial recycling and the renewable energy market, we sell a ‘fuel grade’ type of woodchip. Landmark supplies woodchip to two power plants that produce domestic energy from biomass fuels.
Our woodchip delivery service deals with both large and small amounts, catering for any sized project. We’ll deliver a minimum of roughly 1-3 cubic metre loads or approximately 10-16 cubic metre loads.

Our compost has a high organic mulch content that enriches any soil. Ideal for digging into soil to break up clay and adding nutrients to heavier soils.
What type of compost do I need? There are several factors that ensure a quality compost. These include humidity, water, temperature, mixture content and mulch turning, as well as testing for ammonia, PH and carbon dioxide. Our high quality compost will enrich any garden soil or tree that it is used for.
